What is your normal method of functioning ?
As a first step we understand from you about the requirements. What are the qualities you require in the candidate. For example, Academic Qualification, Mandatary Skills, Experience, etc. On behalf of the candidate we ask you about the post offered, salary offered and other perks.
Then as a second step we start our search for the suitable candidates. We speak to them about the job details and company information. If we find the candidate suitable for that particular job and if he/she is also willing to work in your organisation we forward their profile to you after shortlisting from our side.
In Third step we arrange the interview of the candidates shortlisted from your side. And then interact with the client and candidate about the further procedures. At every step we extend our full coordination to both - clients as well as candidates.
What fees do you charge ?
We charge a percentage of the annual CTC offered by you to the candidate. The said compensation will be charged subjected to the joining of the candidate referred by us.
Why do we need a consultant like you ?
Searching a right person for the right job is indeed very time consuming and tedious job. Most of the time candidates available on the job portals may not be what you are looking for. Also many of the suitable candidates do not put their cvs on the job portals. In this case it is difficult to find those candidates.
Also advertisements and job portals will give you many profiles but not enough quality of resumes that you are searching for. Selecting exact candidates from a plenty of resumes takes a lot of time and effort. We save your time and efforts and provide you the very best talent available in the market for the growth of your company.

What are your charges ?
Nil. We do not charge anything from the candidates. We just expect you to put in your best at your new job and be happy.
